BillCraft is built to respect your privacy. The app works fully offline, and everything you create—such as invoices, sales details, and shop information—stays on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere automatically.

1. What the app does

• Dashboard: Shows totals and quick stats based on your local data.
• Invoices: Invoices you create are stored only on your device.
• Analytics: Sales summaries and counts are calculated directly from your local invoices.
• Settings: Your shop details and PIN preferences are saved locally and used only inside the app.
• Create Invoice: Items, totals, and GST details are stored on device. You can choose to share or export an invoice manually if needed.
• Offline Use: Everything in BillCraft works without internet.

2. Information we collect

The app keeps data collection as minimal as possible.

• What you enter: Shop information, invoice details, and anything you type inside the app stays on your device.
• Local storage: All invoices, sales history, PIN lock, and analytics remain offline.
• Optional technical info: If you contact support or send a crash report, your device model or app version may be included to help us troubleshoot.

3. How information is used

• To run the app and show your invoices, totals, and analytics.
• To respond if you email us for help.
• To understand issues when you choose to send a crash or diagnostic report.
• We never sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

4. Local storage only

Your data lives on your device. If you choose to export or share an invoice (like sending a PDF through email or WhatsApp), that action is fully controlled by you and handled by the app you choose to share with.

5. Security

The app uses a simple PIN lock to help prevent unwanted access. Since all data is stored locally, the security of your device also plays an important role.

6. Third-party services

The app does not use analytics tools, ads, or trackers. External apps may be involved only when you choose to share an invoice yourself.

7. Children

BillCraft is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

8. Your choices

All data inside BillCraft stays on your device. Invoices and sales details can only be viewed inside the app and are not shared automatically or externally. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, you can always reach out to us by email.
